Washer jet spraying water hitting wiper arm, why ? need to fix before booking the MOT

My car's MOT expires on October 13th.

I need your help to to figure out why one of the washer jets is spraying water at the wiper arm instead of directly on the windshield .

I refitted the wiper motor assembly and from then on one of the washer jets sprays water at the wiper arm.
I am sure the wiper assembly is in proper position, it lined up fine the holes to fasten it down. Also if it was not in the right position the other washer jet would also be hitting the wiper arm but it doesn't.

any ideas on this ? thanks

The jets are normally adjustable.

I don't think so because when I remove the wiper arm the jet sprays water as normal

do I need to remove the fabric shield thing on the inside of the bonnet to do that, how exactly do I adjust it ?

Usually the nozzles are a ball type arrangement and you stick a needle in them from above and then swivel it a fraction.

Does anybody think this poster is just messing around - trolling or maybe for a bet ? The mundane nature of the questions - misaligned washer-jet, corroded hanger-hooks on exhaust - and the intensive nature of his follow-up with multiple questions make me wonder.
