Fridge Door Fixing Cracked Off ... help? Drill through?

Hi ... the bottle tray came off with the door fixing yesterday. It's quite old so no new doors available.
What can be done to fix it? Glueing the fixing back won't work.
Can I drill through the door and bolt the rack on? Is there something in the door like liquid or gas ? It's integrated so I could drill through the inner one only?
Any other options?

Same thing happen in my fridge only two years old.
Door is full of foam, I cut a short piece of wire (coat hanger) and form a square U shape just big enough to fit in the broken section.
I used a hot glue gun to fill the broken section and put U into it with two prongs facing out .
A little more hot glue when the original had set and pushed the section back so prongs of wire enter foam about 25mm.
So far so good .
A result of forcing too large a bottle into draws .

@foxhole thanks that's great, i think on my AEG the plastic bit is too narrow,thin, and hollow to wire back but I will bolt the tray through and get a glue gun

Tends to be similar dimensions on fridges.

Clean. Needs to be clean so I'd use meths or if you don't have any try vinegar or toothpaste. Then damp microfibre cloth and and dry. Few blobs of polymer mastic and masking tape or some kind of tape to hold tray in place for a few hours. Remember the thinner the mastic is applied the better it sticks. Fish tanks as example as the thinly applied silicone stick glass and holds it together. I say polymer because it's better sticking and don't have that horrible smell. I like the wickes one (grip and grab type) but others are same and probably all from one factory...

I got some polyester resin and 1.6mm garden wire. Gouged out a hole top and bottom (making a cavity larger on the inside). Used the wire to make a C shape and folded over the tips of the C a bit to make a 3D shape. Squirted in the resin, the wedged the wire in, then resin the plastic bits that fell of and stuck them on - wiped off excess and masking tape to fix. Seems alright.
The foam that comes out is pretty horrible stuff very light, good to inhale and get wedged in your lungs ... bring a hoover.

Needs to be removable for cleaning .
