The flow rate through my shower is a bit low, resulting in the boiler cutting out from time to time. The shower doesn't have a restrictor, but I wondered about trying to find a high flow shower head. Do they exist, will it work?

(Boiler had diverter replaced, taps produce hot water fine, it's just the shower).

Has it always been like that? Take off the shower head and see if it still stutters. Try descaling the head, otherwise. get a bigger head. The more holes, the more water will pass.

I've modified the head by breaking of the little rubber nipples that create each individual jet. Much more water flows and it seems better, but the jets have no oomph. Guess I need something between what I had and what I broke.

Check the shower hose for a restriction/collapsed inside
