Covid tests

I predict cases will soar.

If, as they say, all school pupils will be tested, when/if the term starts, I predict cases will soar even more.

And therefore you conclude Covid doesn't exist.
Case solved
Well done

I wonder if Covid hospital admissions are rising?
.....yes they are.

Talking yo a nurse at Addenbrooks yesterday ; she seems to think all under control there. I asked as it never seems overwhelmed.

great way to keep those figures soaring, and keep those hysteria levels climbing.
woo hoo!!!!

everyone I know who’s got or had it:-
me text message : what’s it like?
them text message : just like really really bad flu.

i’ve had really bad flu twice in my life, once with pneumonia.
I was in no position to lift my head off the pillow let alone lie there with a fukin mobile phone in my hand being bothered to text people.
And anybody who’s had real flu will concur.
I’d expect anyone with really really bad flu to die.

conclusion . most of these people have mild flu.
don’t mention it!

Cambridgeshire has roughly 200 cases per 100,000. That's a fifth of the rate in the worst of the SE.

Tier 4 for there is preventative rather than a desperate attempt to stave off disaster. Long may it remain under control.

How many are ill?

It was only introduced because tiers 1, 2 & 3 didn't work. What were they for?

What is the 'it' you think is under control?

Why? You self-diagnosed as "definitely had it" before.

There's no doubt i had it, unless you choose not to believe the doctors that diagnosed it, but that doesn't change the rules when it comes to traveling, you need a test to show you still don't have it

They were to try to keep as much open as possible whilst reducing the spread of the virus. 1 and 2 never really worked but 3 did wfor a while.
What is the 'it' you think is under control?
Number of beds and keeping as much of their work moving as possible.

Over 1,100 per 100,000 in Havering. Mrs Mottie is getting frightened to go out!

Addenbrooks is close to the Suffolk border, Bedfordshire or Essex not that far away either.
They serve those as far away as the Channels islands.
Hopefully they can keep going in dealing with non covid treatment.

My missus has it, she was tested on Tuesday and given the positive result by text on Wednesday.

Shes a bit better today but says on Wednesday her bones were aching and couldn’t get comfortable in any position.
