omnicalculator: tells you when you will get the vaccine

I have between 12 and 18 million before me but as I didn't do the full survey, such as the MELD calculation I suppose it could be less. Add in the fact I work at a college of further education and it may come down even more.

Based on your profile, there are between 27,132,105 and 38,844,493 people in front of you in the queue for a COVID vaccine across the UK.
Given a vaccination rate of 1,000,000 a week and an uptake of 70.6%, you should expect to receive your two doses of vaccine and be fully protected by between 18/01/2022 and 01/07/2022.

Going by current rates even a million vaccinations per week is likely a long way off, despite Boris's recent idiotic 5 million per week statements.

BUT who knows what rate they will be doing in the future, also with the oxford vaccine available at GP's should be quicker

Not sure if this takes into account , they have delayed the 2nd dose Pfizer, to 12 weeks, instead of 3weeks

I'm not sure and too lazy to find out how many have received their first dose to date and population that is <16 yrs. However if we round down to 50 million still to be done, even at 5 million per week starting today that's the 15th March to get everyone 'first dosed.' If the 12 week wait remains policy until second jab, that equates to a completion date of 7th June to get everyone 'second dosed' if I've done my calcs correctly. So unless we can achieve even more than 5 million per week, and accepting that from 29th March we'll have an increasing amount of 'two dose' people milling about, it nevertheless means it'll be late Spring at best until we're all dosed up.

If we then assume 5 million per week possibly/probably can't be achieved ...

p.s. I've not allowed for those that elect not to be vaccinated, unknown number.

I'm 70 millionth in the queue.

every antivaxxer that turns it down means everybody behind him moves one place up the queue.

If all the over-60's receive at least one dose, the number of hospitalisations and deaths drops massively.

Next year for me. But my guess is they will scale up to more than 1m a week. Also I’ll be 50 before that target date.

Total boll@x from you as usual.
Can you please provide evidence of your claim about the number of hospitalisation and deaths?
When did you research this?
Also, not having this vaccine doesn't make people antivaxxer.
I had all vaccines available except the flu jabs, but damn me if I inject myself with something untested, unresearched and for which the pharmaceutical industry has asked and obtained full exemption from liability.
