Currently i have an exposed brick wall - it is soon going to be dot and dabber by the plasterer

Thinking ahead to kitchen waste, do i:

1. Drill waste pipe hole through external wall now, and finish the hole once plasterboard had been installed?
2. Wait until plasterers have been, and then drill through and install waste pipe so it's protruding through wall
3. Wait until i have the sink traps etc in place and then do the whole lot at once?

was thinking option 2 might be best? This way all i have to do is match up the waste into the pipe through the wall / back of cupboards.

I was thinking of bringing the waste pipe into the kitchen at lower than kitchen unit level (ie. under plinth) and then bringing it up through a hole in the base of unit?

Assuming its 40mm waste size?

SDS drill, with a suitable SDS core drill will make a clean hole, if drilled from second side of wall, once the pilot begins to show through far side.
