Isn't our Parliament referred to as the 'Mother of Parliaments' and the basis on which democracy around the world has been built. Most European countries have a written constitution as a result of revolution, or war.
This country has been far more stable over the centuries so a written constitution has not really been required.
Are people suffering in this country because of the lack of a constitution?, are they eating less? are their working conditions any worse?
Why don't you go and join vajazzler in France?, they've got a constitution.
I think any attempt to change or modify the 2nd amendment at this time, would not be the sensible thing to do.
