Texecom Premier Elite Zone Tamper Problem

Hi,

I am just re installing a 64 w and have a Tamper fault on a DT-W. The keypad is showing tamper fault and call alarm co. for service.
Cant reset using master or eng code.
All other zones are PW-W which all reset ok with master code.
Any idea how to reset the tamper.

Double check tamper switch on DT is closed.
Go into engineer utilities from keypad and check zone status will show if device is secure or in tamper fault.
