Yep to avod the DUP using it as a recruiting seargeant in the marching season - currently they look listless and a EU standoff would do wonders for them.

In three months we will quietly backdown and compromise - we are playing to our audience - they love the show of plucky Britain but when it comes to the details the public are not interested - but the details cant be dismissed forever.
 
Possibly the issue will resolve itself. Supermarkets in the coming three months will just shift suppliers rather than hope their is a solution. UK exporters will be shafted once again.
