In Bodds defence he was expressing it collectively ie 'Notch and his crow failed in stopping us leaving the eu..' collectively that's you lot. Not him alone.

And yes hes right it was dragged out way too long with all the infighting and underhand crap that went on when we should of left ages ago.

Its collectively the result of remainers in our political divisions supported by remainers and the financial backing they had. Is that clear now? I think it's you that misinterpreted ..ahem again. (y)

Please correct me if I'm wrong here about what Bodd ACTUALLY said.

Rees-Mogg obstructed Brexit, as did Johnson.

And their crowd of fanatical extremists.

Notch never voted against anything in Parliament, nor did he make speeches or appear on TV.

You overestimate the influence of an anonymous builder posting part-time on some web forum.

    That is incorrect

Brexit went on for a long time because brexiteers could not agree on the type of brexit, there was bever a majority for any brexit.
The reason is because no brexit option can deliver what was sold.
    Sunlit uplands dont exist.

Brexit only got to the finish line becsuse Cummings reslised he had to unite brexiteers by stoking division and anger against a common enemy.
Brexit has been framed as a populist movement, by making Johnson on the side of the people -which is not, he has no interest in brexit or people.

The "brexiteers" were not settling for a watered down remainer pleasing version of Brexit....
    Thats it...

Whatever happened in the past, we are where we are right now. We’ve started the leaving process years later than we should have done and there’s no going back. What everyone should now do is work together in a positive manner to just get on with it as that’s in all of our interests. It amazes me how people are so bitter about the result that they have to keep going on and bloody on saying how it won’t work. It’s as if they want to see failure and economic hardship befall the country to give them some perverse satisfaction.

  9. I didn't misinterpret anything, thanks.

It's not Notch or anyone's fault on here it was dragged out. Us normal people on the street, the 'you lot' as he put it, had no say - it was down to the politicians how long this was dragged out, politicians and the EU.. Bodd saying it was Notch's fault, and mine for the matter was tosh! It was a put-down, a chance to try and belittle. 'Well done, I hope you're proud' etc.

    Nothing more, nothing less.

    Can you get locked up?

Please try and look beyond the soundbites.

This is the reality: no version of brexit delivers the leave campaign promises.

I am sorry but that is not the situation.

I want brexit to work, but the problem is that you and other brexiteers have believed the lies of the Leave campaign.
Lies which are still being produced by the Tory machine on a daily basis.

Johnson has used a hard brexit position to win power, it is him that is inflicting failure abd economic hardship on this country for his own narrow vested interests
You voted for that, please dont deflect the blame onto those that point out the lies.

Notch and his crowd..... Is you... JohnD.... Nosenothing.... Elle...
    Tony Blair
    John Major
    Chucker
    Gina
    Soro
    1 million sad marchers
Ect ect. Your known as remoaners... Your a collective. Some have a bigger box than others Notch is a decent fella who's part of the collective.... he's got a really small box. Don't be silly. The 4 years gone is not solely at
the feet of you or Notch... But it's down to the crowd you belong to...

  14. Notch voted leave, is that the crowd he belongs to?
And as for myself, I voted remain but always accepted the vote of the people. I just hope that we can make a real go of this, put the brightest of brains forward.

Notch, myself, JohnD etc have absolutely nothing to do with the delay in brexit. It's entirely down to politicians and the EU. It takes time to thrash out agreements and our government were pretty useless for a long time. How anyone thinks that this can be done in a short time is beyond me. The referendum was held and there was never a real solid plan for people voting leave. Please lay the blame entirely where it belongs - our government.

1 million 'sad marchers'. Any more scorn you wish to pour on remainers Bodd? Get over it, you got what you wanted. Have some grace.

If you insist on football tribalism, then I am on team informed, you are playing blind for team uninformed

Blaming delays on remainers is a strawman.
Johnson got leavers united by making a common enemy of remainers.
Youve been had by propaganda and division.

Oh here we go. Good morning :)
Notch you are missing huge chunks in your reasoning take those specs off, it wasn't JUST Cummings it wasn't JUST JRM or ERG. How can you blame Cummings and JRM and ERG for delaying Brexit and then blame them for the very opposite?

You've agreed with me in the past as I have always insisted. There were many plots the ERG being just one but boy oh boy many other plots were by remain not wanting to leave. Labour just opposing anything. Which is why they got such a bashing in the GE remember ? Collectively though remain had a significant part in opposing brexit, that must be obvious?

Anyway that's my last post on this.. we agree to differ if you want!

Of course your right.... Let's all get together and support our government to get a good deal... We all want to live in an accepting successful country.

    Let's get brexit done..
