The athlete in question was medically and scientifically examined and judged to be a woman.

no, they were judged to meet the requirements of the time for a person wishing to compete in that particular woman's sport.

you must try not to make these inaccurate and extravagant claims.

Awkward, eh?

May?
Then the prison system needs to get its act into gear and manage the violent sex offenders better than they are doing at the moment.
Because a repeat violent sex offender re-offends, you can't trash the rights of transgender people. It's what repeat violent sex offenders do, of either sex.
Prisoners of both sexes have a right to not be assaulted. It's not just the sole right of women to not be assaulted in prison.
So please don't lay the blame of the prison system failures on transgender people.

Then the prison system needs to get its act into gear

I would welcome that.

You may be surprised to hear that representatives of womens groups gave long called for it, and been ignored.

Trans activists claim that TWAW

And that a TW is anyone who claims to be a woman.

This is obviously nonsense.

the judges appear to be saying that the current scheme is lawful.

Which is not the same as being right.

By medical tests, they were judged to meet the requirements to compete in women's sports. I'm sure the requirements don't vary from one sport to the next.
I'm also sure that the committee had access to far more detail and evidence than we do.
So please don't make inaccurate and extravagant claims based on your assumption, and your lack of knowledge about that athlete's anatomy.

I'm also sure that the committee had access to far more detail and evidence than we do.

And I'm sure that the requirements were inadequate.

having low testosterone does not turn a man into a woman.

Saying "I am a woman" does not turn a man into a woman.

The prison system, and even the justice system itself could be described as not being 'right'. But that's a whole new dimension.
As it stands, transgender people have a right to be treated as their chosen gender is respected.
That doesn't mean that they can choose that gender on a whim.
And any claim by you that that is the case is patently absurd.

Some sex offenders may attempt such devious actions, but hopefully the prison system will sort them out, one from the other.
That's what sex offenders do.

And what does the refusal of the MoJ to deny the assault occurred, prove?
The MoJ did not refuse to deny, they refused to accept that it occurred.
There's a subtle but important difference.
Your wording has been adopted from James Kirkup's article in the Spectator, which is obviously biased.
If it did not occur, then the story was imagined in order to bring an action against the MoJ.
