Is the kick up on this bottom row enough?

As title, roofer didn't turn in today not sure when he is next, had to set the fascia today and I'm not sure there's enough kick up on the bottom row.

Slightly too much. Look at his mate above and the way the tile is ailmost flush with the batten as it descends. Your first tile - there is a slight angle gap betwixt tile and batten. Don't forget to allow for OFV's if you are venting.
