Turning off the water to change a upstairs mixer tap

Hi, I need to change a mixer tap in my bathroom and would like to know if the 2 taps underneath the combo boiler if turned off, will isolate the hot and cold water or do I need to turn the water off at the mains. Photo attached. Any advice will be appreciated. Thanks

Nope, that is the heating system fill loop. You will need to turn off at the stop tap and drain both hot and cold water down, probably at you kitchen sink, with that mixer turned on.

No, there are no isolation valves under the tap. If I turn the water off at the mains will the boiler need to be switched off as well?

Will turning off the mains automatically switch off the boiler and if so when the water is turned on again will the boiler start to work normal?

No it’s doesn’t turn the boiler off, if it’s setup as a combi (which it appears to be), then turning off the mains will stop the flow of cold and hot water, once you’ve finished, turning back on the water will start the flow again until taps are turned off. You needn’t worry about the boiler.
