I kind of understand the unvaccinated feeling a bit cornered, but it doesn't explain to me why they would go so far out of their way to sabotage vaccination for those that do want it. I could understand protesting about restrictions and public control but protest which attempts to control the freedom of choice of others is just replacing one version of control (as they see it) with their own version of control.

I know a lot of these people are led by the nose and don't perhaps have the capacity to question things and really understand what they are doing, but it's not really them I'm querying, It's the people that feed them the ideas I question. What's in it for them. Are they just egotistical narcissists getting a kick out of having a band of devoted followers, or are they somehow making something out of it?

They are simply very annoyed that no one takes them seriously and so many of us see them as complete fools for believing some of the complete garbage social media. They are now so sidelined by much of society, they are reacting in the only way they know how, by mindless destruction.
 
I do wonder at the behaviour of that woman, The camera panned away from her and down to a box of vac_tubes before panning back to her. I could be mistaken but to me that looked like the camera (wo)man was giving her instructions as to what to do next. Was (is) she a vulnerable person groomed by agitators ?

I didn't interpret is as that, she appeared to me as someone on a mission, with the demented smile on her face suggesting she was quite enjoying the mission. I would not want such a librarian anywhere near my young kids.
