Hi,

I'm just looking for some help. Had a F75 fault and that was fixed but now the control panel is non responsive. The + and - buttons don't work, it's in summer mode for some reason and nothing can be changed as them buttons (+/-) refuse to work anymore. It's like the control panel board has just decided to now break?

Can anyone advise me on this?

What happens if you press the plus button twice (once being to wake it up)?

Heating starts kicking in and a ladder and radiator symbol shows with temperature which is currently at 65c

So the panel is responsive. What is the actual issue then?

Basically I can't get it out of summer mode. I can't changed the water temperature either. I used to be able to but now when I go to do it nothing happens? Water temperature is currently on 49 and I press + to change it but nothing and same applies when I try to turn summer mode off

Sorry, just re-read post #5. Seems like the minus button might be stuck, are you able to post a photo of the display pcb?

I attached this gif of me trying to up the temp but nothing works

Hmm, it doesn’t seem stuck. Have you tried pressing the reset button?

Has this only happened since clearing the F75? What part was replaced, the sensor or pump?

Could be a few things: main pcb, display pcb, wiring harness somewhere, the sensor itself (I had one where it was throwing up all kinds of fault codes). Can you not get the engineer back?

Yes engineer is coming back to look at it but just thought I'd ask for help incase it could've been a simple fix. I do appreciate your help though. Thanks
