Like one I got yesterday...

Based on your recent experience at Stepping Hill Hospital Emergency Department, would you recommend our services to your friends and family?

Great service, but no good for Uncle Harry who's having a heart attack in Hemel Hempstead......

What are these NHS Trusts on?

And can I have some please?

If it comes up with a number rather than NHS it's fake

Blup

I had a letter and a text during lockdown to see a consultant,
so along I went. Hospital looked deserted in the corridoors.
Went to the dept reception and they looked me as though I was strange. Normal then, so I sat and waited as you do, musing on the effect of lockdown on the goldfish in the tank.

"let me see your letter". ... "oh".
All should have been cancelled but as I was there she saw me.
Umming and aahing, the scanner was free so in I went.

Called me back the next week. "We need to operate, it'll be keyhole so quite quick".
Me: "Really, I have X"
"So you do. Not quite so easy then"
"Pity you didn't come in earlier" .

Makes you wonder how many others...

Waste of space at our local surgery. Took 4 weeks to deal with indigestion, blood tests, endoscope, abdominal scan. All I needed was antibiotics to kill the stomach bug picked up after a meal out.

Place is like a morgue during the day and the receptionist “forgot” to tell the doctor I had turned up.

They should be paid for the people they see not those on their books. They would be begging you to make appointments.

Local GP just been struck off for embezzlement of £750k and they didn’t know at the surgery.

BT keep asking me to rate their 5hit email app. I do, it's 5hit!.
