How many Ukranians are you expecting.
well obviously with an agenda perhaps to make a point
perhaps the description off an old broom cupboard in london now being a compact bedsit
or council counting both the front room and dining room as bedrooms as long as a table for seating in the kitchen to avoid rehousing a family in a 2 bed that need a 4-bed house who knows ???

If the airing cupboard is a room, it's 14. If you include the under stairs cupboard, it's 15.
is there a hall way and/or landing that could be added to the count ?
19 rooms inc the loft conversion self contained apartment counting as one room.
Loft workshop, front bed, back bed, small bed, over stairs cupboard, bathroom, landing, airing cupboard, stairs, hall, living room, under stairs cupboard, kitchen/ diner, downstairs toiler, utility, pantry rear hall, gas cupboard, electric cupboard, garage, outside workshop, summerhouse, lean to shelter for tractor, hut, lean to bin cupboard. Is that enough, do I win?

No, I just remembered, I have a hedgehog house in the garden, that puts me back in the lead.
Several masonry bees have their rooms ( rent free ) in a wall of my cottage.
I have the same problem Bernard but in a relatively new build (5 years old).
They get in through the weep holes above the french doors and kitchen window. I had to get a pest control bloke out last year and the year before and they are currently sniffing around the same weep holes again now
