Something odd indeed...

Take 'Kevin Arnold'...

"Fred Savage, executive producer and director of the The Wonder Years reboot, has been let go following claims of misconduct."

“Recently, we were made aware of allegations of inappropriate conduct by Fred Savage, and as is policy, an investigation was launched,” said a statement from producer 20th Television.

“Upon its completion, the decision was made to terminate his employment as an executive producer and director of The Wonder Years.”

Or maybe I've got it wrong and you are simply perplexed by the number of black faces in this day and age?

Well yes that is it.... Why?

Why change the foundation of something that was not broken.

If being black feels un-represented, then create a sitcom with a black family..... they could call it Different strokes or the fresh Prince of Bell Air. Obviously two names of sitcom that I've just made up.... but you get the gist.

Funny, i was surprised by this too. I used to watch the Wonder Years, then i left home and never saw it again. It was only when i saw the new version advertised i remembered it, and looked up the original series. Seems I only missed about 6 episodes before it finished. Can't decide whether it's worth going back and watching it now. Can't actually remember what was happening. Would have been 1992.

My brother loved it so the whole family watched it.. it was good entertainment..

Yeah. I watched it alone, but friends watched it. I remember talking excitedly about it with one friend in the summer before i left home. I never saw them again.

new Dr Who has been revealed - no surprises there.

It was obvious but I dont see a problem as the Doctor has alway changed. And why not black and why not a scot or a woman.... I think a Black James Bond is next... the right man I won't have a problem with it... it can't be a woman
