If you live in Lancashire the chances are that they will do it with mastic. It seems to be a popular choice in that area. Wouldn't be my recommendation as it's not as breathable as lime.

Thanks Stuart. Yeah up in the north west out Lancashire way. I'll start asking around for tradesmen and see what they propose......
