Install Inline extractor fan inside combi boiler cuboard?

Hi,
I'm looking to replace a old rubbish extractor fan in the bathroom, and also run ducting to the kitchen to remove heat from the room.

I've got a fairly large cuboard between the bathroom and kitchen which is home to the combi boiler.
The combi boiler has the flue going throught the wall outside.

Is there any regs or reason why I shouldn't put the fan motor (Manrose MF100 100mm Axial Inline Extractor Fan possibly) in this cuboard and run ducting to both locations?
And can I make another hole in the wall for this to vent out to, how far away from the boiler flue would this need to be?

The fan mentioned is fairly poor for one room let alone two .Kitchen extract needs a grease filter .

I have a extractor fan over the hob.

This one in the kitchen will be just to get air flowing on a hot day.

The bathroom and kitchen are quite small.
Would you say a 5" version would be better?

More efficient fan for bathroom , will have negligible effect on heat in any room.

To answer your question no, typical domestic boilers don’t need fire compartmentalisation therefore you are not penetrating a fire barrier by chopping into the cupboard for the duct.
But as above your idea is not the best from a ducting perspective regardless. (One per room at the very least)
