Just walked past a bloke standing next to his "planet saving" eco plugged in while he is wasting gallons of water hosing his parched front lawn.

Maybe his ownership of it has nothing to do with saving the planet. He probably no more believes it’s planet saving than you do. Hence no juxtaposition.Just walked past a bloke standing next to his "planet saving" eco plugged in while he is wasting gallons of water hosing his parched front lawn.

Err, yes it is. Try a dictionary.no juxtaposition.

He’s wasting electricity charging a vehicle and wasting water. try a dictionary.Err, yes it is. Try a dictionary.
Maybe he was watering vegetables.Definition of "wasting water"?. He has a nice garden and I wants to maintain his lawn/plants in this dry weather. Possibly inappropriate use of water if there is a shortage in the area.
That sounds interesting. How is the water harvested and what are the filter beds like? Have you any photos?Maybe his house is like mine. Built before mains water was available / common and so has a well in the back garden and he was using that.
Family home, also built before mains water was available has a 10000 gallon rain water 'tank' in the garden C/W filter beds to cleanse for drinking water. It's still full.

yeah, they’re good on fuel.I’ve only ever been interested in electric cars because of the fuel economy, performance and tech.
Indeed it would...Any decent government would outlaw hypocrisy,
but that would be hypocritical...
