Gas hob - one burner does not light

Attached are photos of the Bosch hob.
4 side burners work perfectly.
Centre one ignites I hear gas ( I think) but does not light. Any ideas. Thanks

It can’t ignite and not light. Does it spark? Can you light it with a lighter/matchstick?

If you can hear gas then it should light using a match. Does it?
Is there a hidden flame-sensor? I don't see one.

Ah yes. Didn't spot it from the top-down view.
In that case I'd suspect failure of the flame sensor thermocouple or the hold-on solenoid valve it energises.

That is confused. You said it ignites, but does not light - it cannot be both.

Ignites is where the flame actually lights - is it doing that?

If it does that, is the flame going out when the button is released?

Is it not igniting at all?

If it is not igniting at all, can it be lit with a match and remain lit?

If you can actually see a good spark at the hob, and hear the gas, then there is no gas appearing in the area of the spark to be ignited.

Clear all the confusion up does it light with a match and then stay lit ?

Yes Have just tried it. It lights with a match. Stays alight. When i put the cover on it does not light at all.

In first attached picture i can get a flame in 3 places. Centre circle and the top and bottom shapes.
