Is this good idea? - Recycling Styrofoam leftover

For sealing small gaps for insulation, it seems it would work OK. Of course I wouldn't use it to glue broken axe or hammer with it :D
 
I meant the cement he uses at the end to bury the pipe in the wall.

I watched another youtube video - the presenter was mixing Silicon with Petrol, and then adding and mixing either Cement or Plaster onto it to make gluey paste doing the similar thing.

That's a very expensive and time consuming way to cover a pipe ...
 
Yeah compresssion fittings or PTE tape would work well enough. But it just shows you that the stuff can work too.
I was talking about cementing the pipes in the wall at the end of the video.
I've always been told that cement corrodes copper over time and I never dared to try.
The guy in the video makes good of the wall by burying all the pipes in cement.
