Nest E thermostat screen of death ?

Hi, I have a wireless Nest E thermostat and it has worked fine for 4 years but a couple of days ago it went offline and it now has a picture on the display as shown in the photo, no matter if I switch off and on it is completely unresponsive. Has anyone come across a similar thing and do you know how to rectify it please.

Update, I have now sorted this problem by uninstalling the thermostat and heat link and then reinstalling them, jobs a good un.

This sometimes happens if the mains power to the receiver is interrupted

Hi, I have exactly the same screen and am stuck after resetting it to the factory setting. Would you mind telling me how to uninstall the thermostat and heat link?

you uninstall the app on your phone then download it again the scan the qr code on the bottom of the thermostat
