Shower Tray drain hole

The house we moved into had a wet room downstairs which I started to change to a small toilet with shower. The drain hole has a odd position from the left 50cm and from the top 43cm so I am wondering how to fit a shower tray without raising it up? Do you get a shower tray where you can supply a measurement for the hole or do it yourself so I have it at the position of the actual hole?

You'd typically buy a tray and move the pipework to suit. Looks tricky in your situation as floor looks to be concrete.

Yes, it’s concrete but I have decided to tile directly on the concrete as there is a slope already which you can’t see on the image. Once done I just install a glass enclosure. I really dislike those tray’s you have to raise I better leave that away and use what I have.
