Water stopped on electric shower. But Still has power. Help!!!

The water on my electric shower has stopped but there is still power. Any ideas?

What's the voltage measured at the showers main terminal block between line and neutral,and line and earth ?

Do I need to open it to find out these details? Why would this matter. I don't have instructions manual.

I think if you need to ask that question I would advise you to get somone in who knows what they are doing or you will kill yourself.

Just make sure the shower tay/bath is completely dry before you start testing live electrical terminals, and wear rubber soled shoes, NOT YOUR BARE FEET!
