Heating set to continuous Hot water twice; all working satisfactorily

Reset times on hot water; the hot water is now on permanently

Can anyone suggest a solution

if you switch the heating and the HW both to go off does the HW stay on ? If it goes off then you have Gravity HW or at least your programmer is set to gravity, so you can not have CH without HW

Have you checked the slider for HW zone. Might be slightly displaced

I only changed on/off times I switched the unit off for 30 mins and reset seems to have worked

be carefull switching the power off to these units , they are terrible for not coming back on, I always get my customers to sign the jobsheet to say I warned them before switching them off
