Ukraine counter offensive

Ukraine ceased to be a democratic and sovereign state when its democratically elected government was overthrown in 2014.
Russia pressured its puppet government in Ukraine to block the will of the people. The people didn't like that so threw him out on his ear. That reinforces democracy, it doesn't remove it.

Of course, Vlad the tinpot invader didn't like that at all. Hence, he started an illegal special military operation.

Reverse the situation,

Lets say that Vinty Mark 2 lives in Russia and his posts on a forum are pro-western and accuse the Russian government and Russian media of lying.

He would be arrested and sent to prison.

Of course according to you, the EU would never engage in lies or Propaganda.

and you voted for Putins Brexit

Same with pro Russians like yourself.

So biased nothing you say can be believed. Does Russia pay you to spout their Rubbish ?

Once you recognise Russia invaded a sovereign state we can start discussing things. Til then, keep up your pro Putin rubbish

Are the right wingers on here tying themselves up in knots justifying their support for Russia? It must be the EU fault.

New York Times says new intelligence reviewed by US officials suggests that opponents of Vladimir Putin were responsible for attacks on gas pipelines.

The explosions on the pipelines connecting Russia and Germany happened on September 26 in the exclusive economic zones of Sweden and Denmark. Both countries have concluded the blasts were deliberate but have not said who might be responsible.

The new intelligence reviewed by US officials suggested the perpetrators behind the sabotage were “opponents of President Vladimir V Putin of Russia”, the Times reported, but did not specify the members of the group and who organised and paid for the operation, which would have required skilled divers and explosives experts.

The US officials cited by the Times believed those involved were probably Ukrainian or Russian nationals, and that none were American or British.

pro russian Vinty
Not very original are you.
You are typical of the lynch mob mentality that surrounds anything to do with Ukraine.
Anything other than slavish unthinking support for this pointless war in Ukraine, is to invite the usual crap about "Russian bots, Russian trolls, paid by Putin" ******.
You need to understand that just because someone doesn't share your view on any given subject, it doesn't mean that they support your opponents view.
