Fan extractor in loft space

We have a fan extractor that currently goes through the roof tiles.

I am changing the roof next week and I’m wondering if there is an attachment I can plug into the eaves vent so I can connect the fans flexible pipe to it to avoid having a cut on the roofs membrane. Does anything like that exists?

Is that not the soil and vent pipe? Have an internet search for eaves/soffit extractor fan kit.

They usually just have a cage plonked on top as opposed to an expensive mushroom cowl.

True, but obviously not impossible. When I fitted them,I tended to use a cage too.

As long as you don't strangle the b'jezus out of the pipe, as it passes through the eaves pich point.
