Hi - We have a Crosswater Digital Elite 3-Way Shower Processor and Controller. Suddenly there is no water coming out of the shower head although the processor and controller are all electrically connected with lights as usual and there is a green blinkng light on the processor. Self clean also comes with error that no water flow. It is out of warranty and crosswater have discontinued the product so do not know where to start. It was quite expensive and could be a small issue but unable to find a suitable plumber / electrician. Has anyone else come across this issue before and is able to help ?

I've just looked up a photo of that unit, there is quite a lot of electronics in there. When you say no water from shower head, do any of the other outlets work? Or is the shower head the only one connected?
