Tiling into a window recess

Hello tilers!

I've done quite a lot of DIY tiling, usually to a reasonable standard, but I want to do my new kitchen to a really good standard.

The only tricky part is where the wall tiles go into the window recess so I need some edge trim which will go from the top of the wall tiles, 90 degrees into the recess, and also vertically down the edge...

Not sure how I can get a good corner between the 3 pieces of trim, does anyone have any recommendations?

The way to do it I think is to only have the edge trim on the outside with a mitre. And the internal return is just tile without any trim.

OP,
My way of setting edge trim was to use cheap, correct size, Pvc edge trim, and use the adhesive to set it to suit on the horizontal & vertical outside corners of the window.
And then tile to it - the last grout lines are filled with silicone.
The two edge trim inside corners where vertical meets horizontal are mitred.

I meant like this so no 3 way mitre needed.

Actually looking at this he looks like his bead is too small for the tile thickness.

Thanks, do you have any photos?

For some reason I find it really hard to describe!
