good day all.

Im looking for some advice please

Im moving my elderly parents downstair in their house and so am convering the downstairs study to a shower room for them
The house has a gravity fed central heating system and hot water and so has cold water tanks in the loft and hot water cylindrer upstairs.

one option is an electric shower of say 10.5KW but im not keen on them as they dont offer very good flow rates.
the other option im thinking of is a power shower but its going to be impossible to install new pipework back to the water tank in the loft and hot water cylinder.

above the new shower room is a storage space which I could install a water tank and so have a low pressure gravity fed cold water supply, could I tee off from the hot water pipe supplying the basin, only problem I can see with this is the hot and cold feeds may not be quite at identical water presures

I was looking at the Mira event xs or and aqualisa aquastream shower

thanks for any help

thank you so the fact that the tank for the hot water will be around 5 meters higher than the cold water tank wont make much different in presure?

the other option ive been reading up about is the trevi venturi showers but im not sure if can still buy these

No, about half a bar, won't matter as still not mains fed.
