I get my duck eggs fresh every day, I live 500 yards away from a duck farm. They stack them up outside the entrance with an honesty box

Not sure to be honest. I have never looked in a ducks mouth but they must have or how do they eat the stuff I leave them?

All sorts, generally bread but I often leave them a variety of meat and vegatables.

Bread isn't good for ducks mate, they like pond weed and small aquatic insects etc. School friend had a duck pond in their back garden when I was a kid... sh*t everywhere! Reckon the farmer and his family were grateful you helped them out with toast though

Oh you have surprised me as I used to always feed the ducks in my village with bread, they ate it so I assumed thats what they eat, must taste better than pond weed surely?
