I went into hospital at 165 kg and now I'm 151.Yes, I lost 2 stone when I was in hospital but have put 1 back on. I'm happy with that but the dietician wanted me to go a little more.

Thats a damn good idea, fad diets are pointless and a complete lifestyle change is required which is not easy by any stretch. The support of others is critical to stay on track and to swap diet meals and ideas. @Bazza-spark is seriously overweight along with @pete01 and the idea of supporting each other is a great idea. If it helps at all I too have some great slimming meal recipes.I went into hospital at 165 kg and now I'm 151.
It's not easy. You have to be firkin strict with yourself.
Portion size. Be really strict. Apart from one piece or one portion of fruit, or a handful of nuts or a dollop of Greek yogurt, do not eat anything between meals.
I have now plateaued at 151. So I have to push through the wall and be even stricter.
I want to be sub 100 kg. I want to shift what the docs call my central adiposity.
I have the beginnings of fatty liver disease which is like cirrhosis but without the alcohol.
I know you (and I and others) love food. But we love life more, right?
It's going to be hard, but if you want to start a weight loss thread, I'm happy to join you, and anyone else, and we can support each other.
