Porridge is great. Unless it has sugar or syrup in it.

Plain oats and water or oats and milk, or a mix is fine. If you feel the need for a bit of sweetness, add a chopped banana.
 
My BMI used to be 52.3 at my heaviest (175kg). Before I went into hospital it was 49.3 (165kg).

Now it is 45.2 (151.5kg).

To get my BMI at the TOP of the overweight BMI band, I would need to lose another 51.5kg, IE weigh 100kg.

To get my BMI at the TOP of the healthy BMI band, I would need to take another 68.1 kilos off 151.5, IE weigh 83.4 kg.

My healthy lads who are the same height as me weigh more than that!
