Plain oats and water or oats and milk, or a mix is fine. If you feel the need for a bit of sweetness, add a chopped banana.


It has a slightly lower glycemic index than sugar (it causes less of a spike in your blood sugar levels), but personally I sill avoid it in favour of a banana.Or honey
