100% correct.It is definitely a statute. But it has a role in our constitution, so many would class it as a constitutional statute.

It is a problem as our laws are intertwined with EU law and there are still thousands of documents to untangleI didn't really followed the Brexit final deal. But presumably we are no longer subservient to the ECJ?
