Judging by your posts, you know very little about the constitution and statutory instruments
But hey at least you tried, nevermind eh back to the drawing board

Are you saying, you’ve never heard of the bill of rights 1869?
Magna Carta 1215
Bill of rights 1869
...is not a lawful excuse. And then race down a public street with said very heavy object threatening further violence?
MBK is not very good with numbers. Or facts.I am assuming this was a spellchecker gone rogue. But just for the sake of clarity, the Bill of Rights was 1689.

I know.
It is almost as if I studied this![]()

Yes it was corrected in the thread.I am assuming this was a spellchecker gone rogue. But just for the sake of clarity, the Bill of Rights was 1689.

You could post this another 100 times or you could provide some relevant law that confirms your opinion....is not a lawful excuse.
Ditto. You could post this another 100 times or you could provide some relevant law that confirms your opinion.
I think we can guess what you will do.

I’ve already quoted the relevant law, your turn.Ditto.

All this sanctimonious brexxer style lecturing on the unwritten Constitution.
All this sanctimonious brexxer style lecturing on the unwritten Constitution. Where was it when the government decided leaving the EU didnt need an act of parliament. That the the “voice of tne people” was sufficient. That the referendum was legal authority. Enemies of the people lol.
I don't know what point you are making, here. We have just been discussing what form the British Constitution takes. It is a totally non-partisan issue.
And i wouldn't get hooked on the American Constitution, either.Although, there is an interesting corollary with what Trump is doing in the USA. Obviously, they have a written constitution but, in spite of that, they still can't agree what powers are for the President and which are for Congress.
