Labour thug jailed.

Judging by your posts, you know very little about the constitution and statutory instruments

But hey at least you tried, nevermind eh back to the drawing board
:ROFLMAO: come on then, lets hear it. This should be good.

I know.

It is almost as if I studied this

Everyone should. It’s not just about understanding the history but having a basic appreciation of our constitution. Otherwise people go around thinking we don’t have one because it’s not written in a handy pamphlet. In fact ours is one of the oldest legal system with laws today founded on these constitutional rights.

I’ve already quoted the relevant law, your turn.

Here it is again.

He can also rely on the power in sec 24a police and criminal evidence act

All this sanctimonious brexxer style lecturing on the unwritten Constitution. Where was it when the government decided leaving the EU didnt need an act of parliament. That the the “voice of tne people” was sufficient. That the referendum was legal authority. Enemies of the people lol.

What is the point of a referendum if you are planning to ignore the results? Referendums are probably the most democratic processes we have. No party politics and a simple vote.

Leave the U.K., leave the EU. Remove local councils…. Oh wait nobody asked us about that.

I don't know what point you are making, here. We have just been discussing what form the British Constitution takes. It is a totally non-partisan issue.

Although, there is an interesting corollary with what Trump is doing in the USA. Obviously, they have a written constitution but, in spite of that, they still can't agree which powers are for the President and which are for Congress.

And i wouldn't get hooked on the American Constitution, either.
It's become a straitjacket, wrapped in the National Flag.
