Can someone help me, my paint is peeling and theres damp patches all over the house... is it condensation? theres no pipes behind this wall..

Could it be penetrating leaking in from the outside? but its patchy so its weird. Also around most windows the paint is peeling. I did put a mist coat on, do i need to do anything else?

Repointing this solid stone wall is going to cost tens of thousands, need to know if theres any other solutions i could attempt before doing that.

No the plaster was only painted after 2-3 weeks, maybe it didnt fully dry out..
