Why did he post saying: “I apologise to anybody I’ve upset” before he left.

He left because he was making lies about Carman on the hidden gas forum, trying to create a pile on…..and his lies caught up with him.

He is now back as Nwgs2 and has started up again falsely accusing Carman of bullying.

Nwgs2 should do the decent thing and leave

What do you think is the issue?
The above was mainly about forcing the states not to discriminate against same sex marriage. it aready was legal via earlier case law: United States v. Windsor (2013) That wasn't always the case as some are suggesting. e.g.

The 196 Defence of Marriage Act, specifically allowed states to reject same sex marriage. This was law from 1996 until 2013

Decent people apologise if they think they have upset someone intentionally or not intentionally. It's what grown ups do. If everybody on here did it, the GD forum would be a great place.

No he should not leave. Just because you don't like him, doesn't mean others don't. I like him.

Now, back to the subject of the thread which is about same sex marriage.
