My Reform obsessed friend is fuming because of some scandal and infighting in the party.

To do with an MP called Lowe I think.

He reckons it is going to scupper the whole shebang.

Cool story Bro

Apparently the MP Rupert Lowe wrote an article in a newspaper yesterday saying that Reform were nothing more than a protest party. And then today somebody's reported him to the police. That is what I was told anyway.

this seems to be what Lowe said:

"Reflecting on the challenges Reform faces, Lowe added: “We have to change from being a protest party led by the Messiah into being a properly structured party with a frontbench, which we don’t have. We have to start behaving as if we are leading and not merely protesting.

“Nigel is a messianic figure who is at the core of everything but he has to learn to delegate, as not everything can go through one person.

“So we have to start developing policy which is going to change the way we govern. I’m not going to be by Nigel’s side at the next election unless we have a proper plan to change the way we govern from top to bottom. We can’t raise the hopes of people who are so frustrated with the way we are governed and then flunk it.”"

Reform is made of a bunch of public school elites who claim to be on the side of the people fighting the establishment.............they are the establishment

Farage: privately educated at Dulwich college, was a stockbroker in the city how much more establishment can you get???

There was reference in the media a few days ago to a challenge to Far rage by this gentleman who is apparently a favourite of the the First Buddy. Normally you would expect Nige to wipe the floor with him but it may be part of something bigger

The UK desperately needs a new party, formed by people with common sense and a decent upbringing, who have the ability to be open and honest with the electorate.

Can’t imagine this will happen in my life time

Dominic Cummings is planning one.

The UK desperately needs a new party, formed by people with common sense and a decent upbringing,
The UK needs people who are calm and don't rant.
Ranters never win , Hitler, Mussolini were ranters, in the short term they did ok but inevitability caught up with them.
Suella Braverman, Priti Patel and various other grifters use this technique but it only has a short shelf life.
My wife's mother was around before the second World War, she listened to the radio, she said Hitlers speech's were broadcast by the BBC , her opinion of Hitler, "awful little man, always shouting", so the moral of the story is that ranters never win.
