I am just getting my lycra gear on and off for a half marathon. I need to shed 2 grams but going for four, thats the type of guy I am.

I've just had one from Sainsburys. Chicken tikka masala. I've had it before, and it is actually really nice. Very gingery.

Have you tried one of the really hot ones from Iceland ?

I’m ok with a madras nowadays, but would have tried it 10/15 years ago

No, it would be far too hot for me! Dopiaza and bhuna are my limit. Otherwise all I seem to taste are the chillis.
