Have you ever seen the one of someone using a leg press machine that goes wrong? He pushes the weights up the slope a little too far and makes the mistake of locking his knees. His legs then fold back the wrong way at the knees. Can't imagine what kind of damage he did.

Years ago, my kids went to one of those trampoline parks.

The youngest said that a woman had jumped off one of the platforms onto a bouncy landing area, the instruction being to land on your arris, not your feet.

She landed on her feet, and her one knee folded backwards :sick:

"Did she scream?", I asked my youngest.

"A lot," he replied, "until she passed out." :ROFLMAO:

I had a similar issue trying to get results from my home setup. The machine was fine, but progress was slower than expected. I started focusing more on consistency and watching my diet, then added supplements from balkan pharm, and things picked up. The key for me was sorting out form first, then gradually increasing weight. It’s easy to overdo it at the start and end up sore or injured.
