Hi all, my Vokera Compact installed 2015. The symptom is a typical diverter valve issue, but this model doesnt have a specific DV. If my assumption was correct and it is a DV type issue (calling for hot water almost always red lights the boiler, but set to hot water on its own it operate fine) on this model would I be looking at the Domestic Hot Water Flow Switch?....or

Any help appreciated.

You need to be specific on model, the Compact A (left) does have a diverter (3 way) the HE (right) doesn't

Could be an NTC sensor, they are notorious for them

Apologies - the HE does have a diverter, it's the Mk1 Compact (with no HE or A after it) that has the dual pass HEX and no diverter so again you need to check which one it is, will be on the data plate underneath. The Mk1 and the HE look the same.

ah, i see. actually the plate just says compact 24, so is NTC still likely or should i be looking at something else as well? flushing and descaling the dhw side of the
heat exchanger is on the list as well as changing the NTC

OK so check the GC number on the same plate - if it's GC 47-094-34 then it's the Mk1 without the diverter. That being said they all have NTC sensors.
