As said above.
If it's lifted, due to overpressure whilst heating, it may not have reseated again when cold, so is still letting by.
It needs assessing by someone with the G3 ticket.
Lets hope it's not the plumber who fitted it! or was it a diy job?

Oh dear - guy obviously either wasn't qualified, didn't know what he was doing or what he was looking at, if he left it like that - don't get him back
