Ssssssshhhhhh, don't mention Reform.

On the very rare occasions when migrants boats are in immediate distress, that is possible.

It has happened once this year….and it was a joint operation with France.

At no time will a UK Border force vessel be allowed to,pick up migrants and drop them at a French port with out prior agreement / coordination

so yet another Motorbiking scenario proven to be bolox
So just for the avoidance of doubt any vessel with any flag, commercial, military and leisure, is duty bound to head to a vessel in distress at all speed to provide assistance. If possible they should notify them they are coming and any SARs authority. No state has the right to refuse seafarers rescued in its territorial waters.

A vessel is in distress if it requires immediate assistance and/or has issued a distress call (mayday) which it should only do if immediate assistance is required.

The Open Uni ranks higher than Hull.
The Open Uni is in the top third of Uni rankings, Hull is barely in the top half.

You're excluding an UNI that outranks the Hull Uni for comparison.
I'm the fastest, not counting all those olympic athletes. :ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO:
Good luck getting an employer to agree with you.

Taken from Google. I know you believe Google.
In terms of computer science rankings, The University of Hull generally outranks The Open University in most academic rankings. While The Open University is a respected institution, particularly for distance learning, its computer science programs often have lower rankings than those at the University of Hull

Here is another cut & paste for you from google. Just in case you maybe searching the wrong subject,
Is the University of Hull good for computer science?

Computer science is taught by researchers who are rated among the best in the UK. Hull University houses specialist facilities which include high performance computing, 3D visualisation, 3D printing and robotics labs.

Didn't they used to have yellow telephone boxes in Hull?, I recall years ago for some reason the phones and other services were run by a company called Kingston Communications (KCOM), quite a hot investment at one time because of takeover potential.

I remember that, it was the only area in the country that had free phone boxes and free local calls

Still the same, KCOM are our own telephone system. Used to be the cheapest telephone company in the UK, now it has reverted that we have the most expensive.

Pretty sure Hull Council sold their telecom system for hundreds of millions and splurged it on unnecessary works instead of investing it wisely

You're very late to the party, and in the meantime, his pre-quals have been determined.

But he suggested that the OU did A levels. They don't.
You don’t think he’s merely suggesting that the entry requirements was more than the OU and that the OU dish degrees out to people on the Dole.

Seems you might have to apologise
