And they weren't elected to government so no chance of implementing the policy.

This is partly why I'd like to see them get in. No longer would they be able to bleat from the sidelines, it would be up to them.
As I've said in other threads, I can already picture Nigel, PMQs, 24 months in, giving excuses ... oops sorry reasons as to why they've not yet delivered.
None of them deliver. Reform I reckon would be no different, however happy to be proved wrong.

So they went from abolishing them - to not raising them - to keeping them AND raising them, like I said Starmer will say anything to get into power and Fickos believed him.

I hadn't realised that there was going to be an increase. Only a small one, though. It could have been much worse!

They weren't elected in 2019 neither, so they couldn't enact their manifesto pledges.
Hint: Manifesto pledges can only be enacted if they are elected into government.
So Reform will be safe from having to enact any manifesto pledges for many years

We've had the highest taxes we've ever had and we have a government who wants to raise them higher.
Nobody has any faith in any party's ability to deliver. Scrap 50% of MPs and Lords, nobody would notice.

What would they actually do in reality
1) They wouldn’t stop the small boats because their policy is not legal
2) their economic plans are a joke, they would just cause a run on the pound
3) they want to slash public services meaning they would harm the poor communities that vote for them
4) they would cut taxes for the wealthy, so Motorbiking would be most happy, he doesn’t care if people starve.
