Ssssssshhhhhh, don't mention Reform.

Just watched the Starmer speech in the glass factory. During his speech he mentions farage once every minute and a total of 16 times during the whole thing. Who advised him to do this speech - was it Prince Andrews advisers because it was the same outcome - exactly the opsite of what he wanted to acheive. With this speech he has now recognised reform as the officuial oppisition - well that backfired didnt it.
He feels the need to do this 4 years out from an election, there is now absolutely no doubt that he is running scared of Farage and reform. Notice how doesn’t take questions from the workers either.
I said it even before Farage had decided to stand as an MP that he will be the next PM.

I think this might transcend party politics.

So the Reform party economic plans are Truss 2.0

so thatll be a big failure

The current plans certainly seem to involve an awful lot of wishful thinking.

But do the electorate actually care anymore.

Farage / Reform have enjoyed loads of media exposure but virtually no scrutiny up to now

but scrutiny will ramp up and it will be interesting to see how their Rhetoric stands up.

Farage is a good campaigner but under pressure his mask slips quite quickly

. The claim did not focus on international treaties but domestic laws.
in your opinion

1) "It directed Border Force staff to act beyond their statutory enforcement powers" - Thats why governments make new laws
but they tried to make a new law and found out it was incompatible with existing laws

2) "Directed them to breach migrants’ rights to life and not to be subject to inhuman or degrading treatment" - Human Rights don't give you a right to commit crimes or be prevented from committing crimes
crossing borders is not a crime if you are wanting to claim asylum

3) The claim also highlighted the risks of mental harm, distress, and physical harm to Border Force staff posed by the policy. - All valid and would need to be addressed in operational procedures, like hated traffic wardens, police officers, prison guards etc.
that doesnt alter the fact that pushbacks on overloaded small boats in the open sea is incompatible with international laws and its dangerous

Alternatively, the government could outsource it and grant the appropriate powers as agents and officers.
yes you seem keen on giving the jobs to some Tommy Robinson thugs, I can see the day when they manage to drown a load of migrants, thatll go down well

I guess your idea is like bit like employing far right Proud Boys in USA in ICE
