Kasper Eriksen, arrested, shackled, thrown in prison by Trumps gestapo.

Do you think lawyers don't know how to turn not wanting to leave into - depression with a risk of suicide?

Notchy is depressed because he's being sent home, it makes him feel sad. His lawyer asks does it make you feel like killing yourself? If it does, we can seek grounds for you to remain to get free help with your serious mental illness that may be a risk to your life.
you are claiming cases are brought

thats different to cases being granted

you need to read what you wrote: in particular the words "such cases must be CONSIDERED" (not automatically granted)

A claimant may claim that requiring them to leave the UK would breach their human rights due to a serious medical condition, which could be a physical illness or mental health issue. Such cases must be considered in accordance with our obligations under Articles 3 and 8 of the ECHR.
here is an example of a case of an Algerian claiming mental health making it unsafe to return

the decision of the appeal is: DISMISSED

the appeals are in the 100s. So based on crude stats. make an estimate on how many are granted first time, how many then appeal to court, how many are rejected on appeal and apply to the upper court (in the 100s).

I'm not going to make numbers up. But it does seem they number in the thousands. I don't think 50% will be claiming to be gay, to get asylum. Mental illness will be more acceptable in many cultures.

Do you mean 100s of appeals every year? Or 100s in total in the database?

Is there no better source with actual numbers?

which is true. We do and we pay for their lawyers to present it appropriately.
It is not true

you claimed: "U.K. grant humanitarian leave to remain for overstayers on the basis that there is no NHS in their home country"

that, as a stand alone statement is demonstrably untrue

It is an Oxymoron anyway as the NHS exists only in the UK

There are about 600 successful appeals on this ground in the database.
over say a period of 20 years?
there are estimated to be 750,000 visa overstayers in the UK
Motorbiking is arguing each year around 30 get to stay based on humanitarian health grounds

as usual: make a claim based on a minute % then make it into a big story

Did you actually read the case - he made it all up and admitted doing so. Good try though.

I've posted the criteria.

these are appeals of the first ruling after a case worker has refused the claim. You do have to at least try to arm yourself with some knowledge.
or you could accept you were wrong.

Mottie supports the Reform Party
Mottie is unable say why he supports them
And again. Keep asking but the answer will be the same. It’s only yourself that is looking stupid and childish.

Hence why the stay is limited then. It's not a finite deal.
Indefinite leave to remain isn't a right, correct. But it can be obtained. what did you mean by finite?

did you read this:

Yes.

On a general note, there seems to be so much misinformation in the populist right bubble. There are fragments of the truth, but it all gets so distorted. I have decided, as a rule of thumb, to take any number my Reform voting friend gives me and divide it by ten!

Politics does seem to be your achilles when it comes to having an open mind.
People are turning to Reform because they had A and voted for change and now B is looking worse than A, so you look at C.

I suspect A - will get rid of their leader and B will start to turn it around, they both have plenty of time.

Reform may have peaked too soon.

I'm not talking about reasonable people who are now considering Reform out of desperation. I mean the base who are trapped in the GB News bubble.
