I have worked with a couple of women who wore Hijabs. They were both very good looking, great fun - and fully empowered. I found the whole Hijab thing weirdly attractive and mysterious.

I find all the coverings mildly offensive. The implication is that I won't be able to control urges. Iirc that's what it says in the Quran.
It also does not require kids to wear them but some parents insist.

Not sure if there's a Shia/Sunni (haddith) difference on that.. Stupid either way...
