Cable connections/junction box- slight emergency

Does the conduit run vertically directly to the loft space, if so can that be moved to where the heat pump is to avoid having the bend/enclosure?
No it doesn't. There's a window in the way, plus the way it is currently routed to run alongside the pressure relief pipework is the neatest way of doing it.

The best way of doing it then would be to use rigid conduit pipe? I was looking at the galvanised steel conduit which is presumably the best option but then not sure if you can run angles with that. I'm guessing not.

Plastic conduit, yes. Black is suggested to be more UV proof, and makes for a cheaper easier job. Idea should be to prevent rain water getting in, but make sure if any gets in, it can safely drain out. That means drain holes, at the lowest points.

That would be unnecessarily expensive to install. You will need dies & guides to cut threads, a bending machine, and some skill to install it. Eventually, the ends will rust anyway.
